Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Philadelphia and nearby communities. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
