Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Ridge Property Management is a Philadelphia property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
