Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Mill Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
