Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for ingredient orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
