Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Willow Property Management is a Omaha property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
