Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Granite Property Management is a Oklahoma City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
