Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Vale Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
