Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Nashville, TN)

Bright Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Nashville, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
