Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
