Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Thistle Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Nashville, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
