Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management is a Nashville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
