Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Willow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
