Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
