Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for permits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
