Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Freight and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for proof of delivery in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
