Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Thistle Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
