Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Milwaukee serving local and national clients, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
