Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

Redstone Clear Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
