Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

Cedar Amber Manufacturing makes precision components in Miami, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for machine downtime in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
