Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
