Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Miami. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
