Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
