Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Thistle Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
