Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Madison, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
