Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Madison, WI)

Nova Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Madison. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
