Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
