Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Louisville region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
