Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Nest Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
