Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
