Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
