Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Knoxville region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
