Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Housing Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
