Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Foods and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
