Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Partners is a Indianapolis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
