Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Cobalt Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Indianapolis and nearby communities, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
