Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Ember Property Management manages apartment communities around Houston, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in Houston. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
