Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Houston, TX)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Houston area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Houston. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
