Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Junction Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
