Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Nova North Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
