Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
