Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Hartford, CT)

Cedar West Facilities looks after properties across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
