Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Pike Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
