Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Farms Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
