Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bright Water Authority and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
