Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
