Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Denver area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
