Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
