Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Denver, CO)

Nova West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Denver. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
