Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Columbus, OH)

Summit Vista Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Columbus. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vehicle inspections in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
