Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
